How we support your business
Bookkeeping

In addition, IRAS has highlighted the difference in filing annual Corporate Tax Returns between Form C and C-S to guide companies in choosing the right type of filing. Corporate Secretarial

XBRL filing
In certain scenarios, your company may need to prepare XBRL filing as mandated by ACRA. We handle this by translating your Financial Statements into the required XBRL format (either Simplified or Full XBRL) and submitting them to ACRA. GST Registration
We assist businesses in applying for GST Registration, be it voluntary or compulsory. Simply put, compulsory registration is needed if your taxable turnover exceeds SGD 1 million, while voluntary registration is an option for businesses below this threshold. Company Strike-Off
