Our Refund Policy

We care about delivering great service to you. If you're unhappy with our services, within 15 days from your purchase, you can request a full refund for any partially completed or incomplete service items. There will be no termination fee withheld for eligible refunds. We process refunds within 5 business days after confirmation.

What It Doesn’t Cover

We cannot refund any completed service items. For example, if the company incorporation service is completed (e.g., the UEN has been issued), this service item is non-refundable. Government fees or third-party processing fees, once submitted and paid, are also non-refundable. Additionally, services directly provided by our partner firm are not covered under this money-back guarantee.

In the case that you purchase a service and later change your mind without a valid reason, we can’t issue a refund. Refunds are only applicable if the service is incomplete.

When It Applies

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the service progress. Within 24 hours (weekends and holidays not included), if we have not informed you that the service has been completed, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of whether the service is partially completed. For instance, if you request a refund on Friday at 12pm, and the company incorporation is completed before Monday 12pm, we will inform you of the completion. In this case, the completed service item (i.e., company incorporation) would not be refundable. However, other services like corporate secretarial or accounting & tax services that remain incomplete or partially done can still be fully refunded.

We cannot guarantee any specific legal outcomes when you use our services. For instance, a company registration might be filed correctly but still get rejected by the Company Registry for reasons beyond our control. We can only refund our fees for issues we are directly responsible for.

Additional Verification

To prevent malicious refund requests (e.g., service abuse or spam), we require a short video conferencing verification before processing the refund request.

Refund in 4 Simple Steps

1. Submit Your Request: 

Send your refund request via WhatsApp (preferred) or Email to our support team.

2. Our Team Reviews the Request:

Within 24 hours, we will review the request and assess the status of the services. We will inform you of your eligibility for a refund.

3. Video Conference Verification:

If eligible, we will arrange a short video conference for verification and to understand your reasons for leaving.

4. Refund Processing:

After the verification call, we will process the refund within 5 working days.

After the Guarantee Period

If you wish to terminate the service after the 15-day money-back guarantee period, any unused portion of the service may still be refunded, but with a small termination fee. The termination fee will be 10% of the service contract value or the value of the work completed, whichever is higher, and will be subject to our approval.
